Welcome to Perth Detailing Group. By engaging in our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions govern the provision of all services by Perth Detailing Group (PDG). By using our services, you accept these terms in full.

PDG reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Services

PDG offers a range of detailing services for vehicles and spaces, including cleaning, polishing, paint correction, protection application, and maintenance.

Specific service requests will be honored as much as possible, but PDG reserves the right to modify the service as necessary to meet quality and safety standards.

All services are subject to availability, and PDG will endeavor to meet agreed-upon timeframes. However, delays may occur, and PDG will not be liable for such delays.

3. Payment & Pricing

All services must be paid for in full upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Payment can be made by cash, credit/debit card, or other methods agreed with PDG.

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. Any quotes provided are valid for 30 days.

Invoices must be paid in full upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Refunds for prepaid services will only be issued for cancellations made within the specified time frame. Refunds may be subject to processing fees.

5. Vehicle & Property Condition

The customer is responsible for ensuring their vehicle or property is in a safe, accessible condition for detailing services. PDG is not liable for damages arising from pre-existing conditions or defects.

PDG will conduct a pre-service inspection of vehicles and spaces to note any existing damage. Any damage not reported during this inspection will be the responsibility of the customer.

PDG is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles or on properties. Customers should remove all valuables before service.

6. Liability & Warranty

PDG will take every reasonable precaution to prevent damage during the detailing process. However, PDG is not liable for any incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of its services, unless caused by negligence on PDG’s part.

Services provided by PDG come with no specific warranty, unless explicitly stated. PDG does not guarantee that results will meet any specific customer expectations.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are required to provide accurate information about the service requested and the condition of the vehicle or space. Failure to disclose any relevant information may affect the service outcome.

Customers are responsible for notifying PDG of any concerns immediately upon completion of service. PDG will work to address any valid issues in a timely manner.

8. Use of Products

PDG uses high-quality, professional-grade products for all services. Should the customer have any specific product preferences or concerns (e.g., allergies), this must be communicated in advance.

PDG reserves the right to change or substitute products as needed without prior notice, ensuring that quality is maintained.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website or materials may include links to third-party websites or services. PDG is not responsible for the content or actions of these third-party sites.

10. Privacy Policy

PDG respects your privacy and ensures that all personal data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We do not sell or share personal information without your consent, except as required to deliver our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Western Australia.
